Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products:

• Once access is successfully delivered, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Duplicate payment was made

• Access was not delivered

• A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within 24 hours

• The requested resource cannot be provided within 24 hours

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof.
